Never understood why people join a forum, then never post. We need active members, not lurkers. I think there should be a time-limit (say, three weeks) to how long you can go without posting after you join. If you've exceeded the time-limit, and still haven't posted, your butt's out the door. Granted, we may lose members, and therefore lots of potential activity that way, but that may help get rid of some of the lurkers.
And all newbies must post in the Introduction thread.
