we don't have one of these threads yet do we? seems to get a lot of people talking about anything and everything...so..how's life everyone?
I saw an old friend of mine today,he was mad at me for most of the summer but he changed his mind and stopped by...it was nice to see him again...

I'm hunky-dory! It's hot. Really, really hot. The insides of my elbows are sweaty... dude...that sucks...it started to get a little cooler where I am,so I consider that pretty lucky... still...hot or not...I had to lift fifty times my own weight in furniture today...I'm helping my sister move. |

the rain helped us out a lot when it got hot...
grr...I've got work tonight...its not so bad but I woke up late so now I'll be up all night again.

I'm exhausted...I got in from work about an hour ago and just finished my dinner...I'm picking up 8 extra hours for a friend of mine,I got my first paycheck today...I don't know where I'm going with any of this so...goodnight...maybe...

Sometimes it does that when you start to fall into a deep sleep. It's like your body gets there before your brain-or vice versa-or something. I've had that happen to me. My body tenses up so much, I shudder uncontrollably for a few minutes.
Unless you're talking about some kind of medical condition. It sounds like you're under stress. Change your routine a bit, maybe.

yeah...I twitch at random when I'm awake...mostly its my face,shoulders and arms...its weird...I hate it so much sometimes because I shake a lot afterwards.
